Turn your iPod into a video recorder

So if you really want to record TV instead of watching video blogs onto your iPod. Then I think this is the device you were waiting for. ATO has come out with a TV recording accesory for the Video iPod. I don't have TV so it's not so great for me, but I can see this for making quick vlogs from my editing station and putting it directly on my iPod to show other people for previewing without actually publishing it to my vlog.
